Depending on your starting point from Berlin: 50 Minutes from Adlershof, 1,5 hours from Prenzlauer Berg. Here is a good Carsharing-overview. Once Corona allows it, we also recommend to use the BlaBlaCar App. It is a super easy way to connect to others going on the same day.
By public transport
ON WEEKENDS FROM BERLIN:
Train RE2 from Berlin to Lübben (further to COTTBUS) – for example from Gesundbrunnen or Ostkreuz.
Arrival 13.33h in Lübben. Depart at 13.42h from Lübben by bus 506 to Alt-Schadow (caution Alt-Schadow comes AFTER Neu-Schadow, so don’t get off too early!)
Get off at Alt schadow at 14.31h

Taxi
Alternatively you can book a taxi from Lübben but please remember that this is the countryside: order your taxi in advance. Costs are about 40 Euros one way.
DURING THE WEEK: make your way to Lübben. Then take the RSV bus 502 from Lübben to Birkenhainichen. It is a 10 minute walk from our stop called Pretschener Anger to the Lehrlingsheim.
